Before transitioning into the charity sector, she became the first female Vice President of a $30 million business unit within a global firm—shattering a 25-year precedent in the company’s history.

Now, she applies the same bold vision and pioneering spirit to mobilising the Church, leveraging innovative tools to disciple a new generation of believers.

Beyond her leadership at CBN, Alisa is an author, public speaker, entrepreneur, and worship leader at Mosaic Church in Coventry.

She is also the founder of Just Call Me Alisa, a platform dedicated to empowering women and support their personal and professional growth. A devoted wife and mother, Alisa is committed to inspiring transformation in every aspect of her life, championing new opportunities for others to rise and thrive.
