Leadership Development

 
In Corinthians Paul speaks about a race that we must run.  He is explaining that perseverance and self discipline are the keys to fulfilling God’s will for our lives.   

At Christ Church we are committed to training and raising leaders for the next generation.  We want part of the legacy of the Church to be leaders and preachers who will take a radical gospel message to the next generation.   

We hold regular preacher workshops and give opportunity for young people to hone their gifting by preaching on a Sunday morning.   

We also mentor young people in pastoral skills and youth work, looking to raise up leaders in the Church from within.
